Microsensus is an engineering R&D company founded on a track record of developing, manufacturing, and delivering semiconductor process equipment, industrial automation equipment, optical & vision application devices, and gas measurement systems. Starting from superconductor thin film process research, we have expanded into diverse technical areas including wafer bonders, nanoimprint, UV curing, pharmaceutical automation equipment, lens inspection automation equipment, and TDLAS-based process gas measurement systems.
